Do I need to leave a deposit?

Yes. We take a 50% of your booking price to confirm your booking and against any last minute cancellations.

Can we change details on the booking?

Yes. You can change details on the booking up to 48 hours before your event, these changes can only happen if we are able to fit them in with the timetable on that night. There is no extra charge provided it can be done.

Can we eat and drink in the vehicle?

Yes. We understand that sometimes a journey may take a while, we do allow our passengers to eat and drink on our vehicles. However the person who made the booking (hirer) is responsible in regards to the condition the vehicle is left in and whether there will be a valet charge.

What if our vehicle is late?

With a large fleet of vehicle it is very rare we are late to any of our bookings. However due to any circumstances uncontrollable by us such as road closures/ diversions/traffic/ breakdowns etc… we will always keep you updated on the estimated times for your vehicle to arrive.
